  • I named my youngest daughter after you, Aliya ... you're amazing and perfection personified... 💖💖💖

    • I named my sister of viktoria.

  • Love you

  • I love this. Aliya is really amazingly talented and beautiful. This video is really interesting. She is also a really good mother too. She is a legend and an iconic queen. :)

  • alya

  • I thought she would’ve been coaching by now…

  • Daughter "stays with my mum and dad...they raised me well so they all raise the daughter well.." Well....they didn't pass you to your grandparents to raise you...

  • Whole episode where is ur housband?

    • @john smith So because a woman is divorced, she Is fully westernized? Y'all hate women so much isn't it? Whatever happens, they are to blame...

    • They are divorced.

    • Fully westernized now as a single mother I guess

  • Happiness beautiful sisters family too

  • Wow!Skromná, šikovná, skvelá žena a matka!!!Obdiv!

  • Beauty, grace and resilience personalified.

  • Her training sessions seem like drudgery… I guess you really do have to love what you do.

  • Beautiful Aliya🏅💖

  • Her daughter is so adorable

  • Alia Mustafina great Russian athlete

  • ♥️

  • Sochen m Best player C t nice video

  • I love her so much, now she is retired but I know she will shine in everything she proposes . She was , is and will be a strong minded person. Thank you Aliya for all that years of elegancy and uniqueness. It's sad to know that you are not competing anymore ,but I hope we continue to see you there at the events, already being a coach, so you continue with your legacy. Your daughter will be deeply proud of you and will love you more when she grows up and understand how You sacrifice yourself so that she does not lack anything. Long live the Queen Aliya 🇷🇺

  • I hate the guy she married and divorced. She married him after she got pregnant at a very young age. I think Mustafina's momentum in gymnastics was broken after she got pregnant even though she doesn't admit it. And then the guy didn't even help raise their daughter smh.

    • That guy cheated and she are admant that she wants a divorce.

    • Agree, such an idiot. She seems so happy and she loves her beauty child so much, but I have the same feeling about her career

  • I just realised this title is backwards.. should it not be day in the life?

  • Yes.ya.bagus

  • That's a hard and lonely life...She should be with her daughter. If i were her i would take strong medicines for depression...She started her life as a mother very wrong. She is another victim of the superathletism...

    • @Angie CO. well said. Everything has an effect whether we realize or not. Even while in the womb.

    • @Christine Malati eh? As eastern european (and russian) i disagree. It's okay when your parents help you in eastern europe. But the way how they help can be different.

    • @ROCKDEES1 not true. The first years of a child are very important for to have a good bonding with their parents. That is why people prefer to adopt babies. Just because you do not remember when you were a baby it means that what happened to your won't affect you when you are older.

    • It is common in Eastern European cultures for the grandparents to raise the children

    • @ROCKDEES1 You are so right...

  • im from india aliya mustafina talented girl im too much liked

  • I am absolutely in love with her eyes.

  • The wonder woment

  • Such a gorgeous woman.

  • 🇱🇰♥️

  • ive been watching her compete since 2014. there really was something about her that captivated me when i watched her UB in london that made me really root for her since then. it was a pleasure to watch her in real time to win her 2nd gold in rio. best of luck queen aliya!

  • As a mother, it's hard to imagine anything being important enough to separate me from my children. It must be so difficult for her and her family.

  • Her fridge is soooo empty. I would get panic attack if I woke up, opened the fridge and saw only few things in it 🤣🤣🤣

  • She is retired

  • Honestly, what she said about her parent raising Alisa just like they raised her is so beautiful

  • Your spit is an honor for me

  • Nice g Sami Pakistan

  • Aliya Mustafina has been the real diva of artistic gymnastics after Nadia Comaneci with her class and feminine, of course not Biles

    • Can we compliment someone without bringing another down? It really makes the compliment less sincere.. you don’t gotta like Biles, but going out of your way to demean her is pointless, mean, and brings the mood and the compliment down… :’(

  • I loved fact that she so grounded. Unlike many top tier athletes hungry for money and fame. She is living example of being content.

  • 💪💘

  • She is a diva

  • I thought gymnastics was popular in Russia

  • She is a personality to follow. Inspiring soul.

  • Sadly she retired. She was my favorite. I liked the mutual respect you can tell she had with the girls on team USA.

  • Happiness family toosisters

  • Aliya is really excellent.

  • She is amazing

  • The daughter is a copy of her dad!

  • luv u mustafina

  • not good she loves you the most and you leave hir for your own hobby I do sport too but I keep my children's with me like Buvaisar Saitiev

  • Is that luna lovegood?

  • This goes to my "amazing content" playlist

  • Wow...seeing this I think everyone should invest equally in health education from early days...you can enjoy great life with a great body

  • She is famous i know her i saw her in Rio olympics

  • 🤩Wow 🤩 🤞Good luck 🤞 💖🌹💖

  • Marrying at the age of 21 was her biggest mistake . She could have achieved more .

    • Grishina too, shes maried at 19, komova its going mariage, lets cheer to her mariege dont meltdow.

    • Ikr. It's usually at 25 that our brains fully develop so 24 and below can still be an immature age for marriage. But it's just my opinion because in my early 20s I'm still discovering a lot about myself. I think freedom and youth combined is the most beautiful thing in the early 20s that everyone should enjoy.

    • @Bruno 1 year later.

    • she divorced?

    • Achieved as in? Is olympic medal the only thing to achieve in one's life?

  • When she no longer competes, does the state still provide her financial support?

    • She is the coach for the junior team.

    • No, there's no financial support from the state. But successful gymnasts often become coaches and that's what Aliya wanted to do.

  • Amazing girl !!!

  • Great Mom.. With 🔥 spirit 👍🤘keep growing. Hats off ...from India.

  • I am an Indian.... I really proud of u lady mom😍

  • Wow !!! I love this!!

  • Indonesian knows her ( Aliya Mustafina ) is an Dagestanic etnic, right? So fairly knows Dagestan etnic are type of Russian who love for struggler! Just like Khabib Nurmanogedov!!

    • @Gfdyuu D. Oh ya? Tatar etnic!

    • No, Aliya is not a Dagestani. Aliya's father is an ethnic Tatar, and her mother is Russian.

  • russian figure skater evgenia medvedeva kinda looks like her

    • you are blind to the max

  • Among other things, she has a very pleasant angelic voice. They say the eyes are the window to the soul. In fact, it is through the voice of a person that you can learn much more about a person's soul.

  • she's a beautiful woman on the outside and on the inside

  • Why's this so depressing asf?

    • @Bruno that’s what I love about it

    • right? so slow and melancholic

    • She gain a lot of weight after pregnancy

  • This was a highly humanizing mini doc! The older I get, the more I appreciate my mom (and all good mothers around the world). That's hard work being a good mother!

  • She is a champion

  • She has passed her prime and has no chance in any major competition. She should focus on her family and maybe coaching others.

    • She's already retired and a gymnastics coach.

    • She retired recently :(

  • Thank you for showing your life. I definitely can understand how hard is must feel leaving your baby but she is in great hands your own parents right. And your building a future for you, her and your family. Thanks for sharing!

  • I don't think so she needs to prove her more... she's already Olympic Gold🥇 winner she need to focus her daughter and family stay together....this time never come back....God bless you

  • I remember her competing along side when Simone Biles in Rio and she seem so emotionless, wouldn't even turn her head to greet or smile at any one, maybe because hard life. I don't know but she sure didn't seem like she was enjoying much. Just really sad. Maybe winning and gymnastics was her whole life but maybe now she can enjoy her family more.

    • Would you think the same if she was a male? Probably not. Stop the mentality that women need to smile all the time.

    • @My Little Gargoyle I agree with you. Most Russians are stoic and not as rowdy and loud as most Americans. Most of them are also introverted and they don't smile at people they are not close friends with.

    • She’s like that during competition but once it’s all over you can see her smiling and talking to people. Plus Russians are pretty stoic in general.

    • this doc gave the same impression, emotionless

    • People from eastern Europe and Russia generally do not smile alot or show their emotions. It does not mean they are not happy. It sounds like she was focused on the competition. I have Estonian ancestry and generally don't show my emotions. Actually it pisses me off when people tell me to smile. Smiles don't always mean people are happy anyway.

  • I am touched. Leaving her child is so heart wrenching. You just have to disconnect your mind from emotions and motherly feeling is so intense that speaks volume of her resilience. God bless..

  • Firstly I wanted to see an olympic champion lifestyle..but At 0:27 there is voice of her toddler ..then I waited to see her relationship with her child ..it would be really hard for her to see her toddler ..once in a week ..leaving her behind crying..

  • When Aliya came onto the international scene back in 2010, she was known as “ice queen”. Even at the 2012 Olympics, she was known as a fighter, a stone queen. She was very private. So it’s nice to see her open up gradually through her Instagram and in this video - even just a bit. My favorite moment: @4:36 - she loves competing with Aly and Simone on floor, but loves the friendship too. The sportsmanship is admirable! Aliya announced her retirement last year, so hopefully she gets to see her kid more often and gets paid well as a coach on the Russian gymnastics team!

  • I wish you were on the Olympic team again!

  • I’m from America and she is one of my favorite gymnasts.

  • Didnt she marry the guy who knocked her up?? Why isnt he helping raise their daughter??

    • @EUROPEAN BURMESE I agree, so spiteful for what

    • What a stupid comment

    • @Mmmmm she was pregnant when she got married so she was knocked up!! That divorce was quick!!

    • She got married, then had a child and got divorced afterwards

  • i am from Siberia , my favorite Gymnasts is Aliya Mustafina , i know her home

  • like it your life

  • This is so dead man

  • She doesn’t look satisfied. She looks like a shell of herself. Her whole life has been nothing but gymnastics and training hardcore and achieving titles. Now that she’s older and has a daughter, she can’t quite do that on the same level as she used to. I don’t think she’s content with her life. She looks very bored while living her life. Anyone else feel that?

  • Why do some people believe that she must give up her dreams to be a full-time mother? She is first a woman and is a complete individual, with dreams and with goals, this was her job and training for the Olympics was what paid her debts, so why do they think that all that should be reduced so that she can dedicate herself to being a mother? No, this is not about her being negligent with her daughter, if she had a more common job, she would have to work exactly the same (or more) and none of you would be complaining, you just do not like to see women being successful other than being mothers and that is sexist.

  • I love this girl. Bless you Aliya

  • I like how her fridge is empty,,, that's best way to keep weight low:) (

  • One of the best gymnasts in the world!!

  • 🤗🤗🤗🤗 Ella es maravillosa!!!

  • How does she earn a living?

    • @SIMPSON Bart Now she is a coach of Russia gymnastics. I think she does pretty well for living.

    • @moredestructive ,, not competing at a high level for a good period of time, let alone winning. I 'd like to be paid for living a good , healthy life....going to the gym, taking a nap in the afternoons...having a massage on a daily basis ...nice

    • @moredestructive , was*

    • Probably Russia finances her, she’s one of the elite gymnastics team.
